Look out Mohawk students! The Immense One has returned to celebrate his 25th year of mass destruction and bridge poppin' madness. The ever-expanding Captain Crunch will be back on March 27th and 28th, 2012 for the Annual Mohawk College Popsicle Stick Bridge Building Contest. You build 'em and he'll smash 'em! And you could win cash and a whole pile of great prizes just for trying to defeat the Delusional Doctor of Destruction.

THE CONTEST IS OPEN TO ALL MOHAWK STUDENTS, NOT JUST THE TECHIES! In fact there are special prizes for non-techs who attempt to take on the Good Captain.

The Crunchman was defeated by the final bridge of 2010, but he has long forgotten that loss and looks to take out all the bridges he can in 2012. Currently his record stands at 4015 wins, 1 loss, and 0 ties in his 24 years thus far. "All who come shall fall to their knees and weep", smiles the devilish Deacon of Devastation as he snacks on a giant butter-filled pita.

The bridge building kits for Colleges will go on sale starting January 16th, 2012 in Rooms E-105A and E010. For $10.00 you get all the bridge building materials you will need, the rules and a chance at some great prizes.

Secondary School kits will be ready in early February and will be free of charge to secondary school students who participate.

So come on Mohawk students! (ALL MOHAWK STUDENTS, NOT JUST THE TECHIES!) Come on and take your best shot at the Sultan of Sawdust and at approximately $10,000 of prizes. You'll laugh! You'll cry! You'll eat your sandwich and then go home! Beware of Captain Crunch! He lives to crush your bridges!
